Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel an appointment, reschedule, or show up with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a $75 no-show fee. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen events, the fee will be waived.
